How Calm Is Your Mind?

Meditation is not as easy as it sounds. Thinking of not a lot is much harder than thinking of quite a lot; even for fairly stupid people like me. Our minds are unaccustomed to "not thinking" and they try very hard to remain active.

Be patient and persevere.
